- Transfers and employee movement.
- Exit management and clearance process.
Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee connect programs.
- Support employee wellness and culture initiatives.
Performance Management
- Coordinate PMS activities.
- Facilitate goal setting and review cycles.
- Support talent review discussions.
Talent Management
- Succession planning support.
- Learning and development coordination.
- Career development initiatives.
HR Operations
- Employee records and documentation.
- HR dashboards and MIS.
- Policy implementation and governance.
- HR audit readiness.
Compliance
- Labor law compliance support.
- HR process governance.
- Documentation control and audits.
