Job Responsibilities:

o Ensure excellent guest service is provided by all team members

o Maintain product quality standards

o Maintain high standards of store cleanliness

o Monitor sales and labor issues on a daily basis with a goal to maximize profitability without sacrificing customer service

o Perform any other duties deemed necessary
