The Assistant Basketball Coach supports all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III men’s/women’s basketball program at Austin College, a private liberal arts institution in Sherman, Texas. This role includes coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, and program administration. The assistant coach collaborates closely with the Head Coach to foster a positive, academically focused, and competitive team culture.

Additionally, this position contributes to athletic department operations, including game day management and facility operations, while upholding NCAA Division III, Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC), and institutional standards
