ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
As an assistant Office Manager with Robin Brown State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with other agency team members.  You must be able to speak and write in Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Help people.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Help People.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to HELPING PEOPLE
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Reliable

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
  • Our office is located in St. Matthews.
  • Our office is open 8:00-5:30 PM & 24/7.
  • I have been a State Farm agent since 1991.
  • We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
  • We have years of combined insurance experience in our office.
  • Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Crystal Excellence Award
