Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager/ Server to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. Your main responsibilities will include managing and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to create and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and productivity standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including equipment and facilities
  • Assist in conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates and foster a positive work environment
  • Ability to carry out responsiilities of all FOH postions
