Position Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Learning the Point of Sale system
  • Ordering parts and inventory
  • Maintaining work flow in shop
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
  • Coordinating transportation services
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Work between multiple locations
