Minimum Qualifications: Must possess an Associate's Degree or above; OR must have at least 48 hours of earned college credit; OR must provide passing scores (Silver Certificate) for the Work Keys test for Assistant Teachers. Proficiency in skills of reading and writing; Demonstrated interest in and a positive attitude toward the duties and responsibilities required to perform as an instructional assistant for teaching reading/language arts and mathematics. Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
