What You’ll Do

Support the Streamer Manager with daily live streaming operations

Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing live streams

Monitor stream performance, sales pacing, and workflow efficiency

Use strong math skills to track sales, inventory movement, and key metrics

Provide leadership support and guidance to streamers and support staff

Take initiative to identify issues and recommend improvements

Help maintain a high-quality, engaging customer experience during live streams

Act as a point of support during evening operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of an Associates degree in Business or a related field (required or strongly preferred) students close to graduation will also be considered.

Strong sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc) and/or TCG (One Piece, Pokemon, etc) knowledge required

Excellent math and analytical skills

Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, live environment

Leadership mindset with confidence in decision-making

Ability to see the big picture while managing details

Self-motivated and proactive

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of sports (NBA, NFL, MLB, etc) and/or TCG (One Piece, Pokemon, etc) trading cards

Experience with live streaming, e-commerce, retail, or trading card-related industries

Opportunity Details

Pay is $20/hr

Full-time, day or evening hours

On-site role in Las Vegas, NV
