Job Description:

We are seeking an Attorney to join our team. Our firm is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and providing exceptional legal services.

Expectations:

  • Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset family law or criminal defense cases from intake through permanent orders.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation.
  • We are seeking an attorney in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.
Requirements:

  • License to practice law in Utah
  • In-depth knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court procedures
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
  • Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.
