  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical learning background.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using statistical software for data analysis.
  • Ability to travel 25–35% based on business needs.
