M3Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Strategy & Business Operations serves as the financial, analytical, and operational backbone of our grocery customer sales teams. In this high-impact role, you will own team performance outcomes — including volume, GSAT, and trade execution — while guiding strategic growth with assigned customers. Serving as the de facto CFO of your customer portfolio, you will advise Sales VPs and Directors on risks and opportunities, translating data into decisions that drive the continued expansion of our Prepared Foods business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales VP and Prepared Foods CFO to develop and execute volumetric and financial goals for the team.
- Deliver ad hoc scenario analyses, enhance financial reporting, and lead annual planning and performance tracking.
- Ensure the team effectively manages audit control points in full compliance with SOX requirements.
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners to accelerate growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Performance Managers, Customer Planning Analysts, and Customer Planning Specialists.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
Work Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant CPG experience, including Customer Management, Sales Planning, and/or Trade Marketing. Experience with Customer Finance and Sales Analytics is a plus.

- Analytically sharp: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI — with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Operationally agile: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining rigor and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
- Influential communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inform and influence senior decision-makers.
