POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Associate Manager (Performance & Reporting) supports the day-to-day performance, organization, and execution of the company’s marketing efforts. This role combines hands-on data analysis, reporting, email marketing, and team coordination to help improve campaign performance and overall marketing efficiency.

 

Working closely across departments, this position plays a key role in ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, organized, and continuously improving.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze marketing performance across channels including email, digital, social media, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets
  • Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates, CPA, CTR, and booking trends
  • Turn data into actionable insights that improve campaign results
  • Create and maintain company-wide spreadsheets and reporting systems for tracking performance, rate management, budgets, and key business metrics
  • Support Owner Services with insights related to pricing, promotions, and occupancy
  • Help coordinate day-to-day workflow for the marketing team, keeping projects organized and on track
  • Monitor campaign execution and ensure deadlines and standards are met
  • Manage and execute vacation rental email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance optimization
  • Improve engagement and conversion through data-driven adjustments
  • Work within HubSpot and support integrations across systems including CRM, PMS, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
  • Help ensure accurate data flow and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication, processes, and overall marketing effectiveness
