Job Description:

Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: Easton, PA 18040
Work Model: Onsite - Hybrid (3 days work from office)
Employment Type:  Fulltime

Job Overview: 

  • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between development, QA, and operations to meet delivery goals. 
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. 
  • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize delivery outcomes. 
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:

Must have skills: 

  • Minimum 10 years experience in project management.
  • Communication skills (Strong), Project Management methodologies (Strong)
