Assists the Services Business Manager in the administration of concession, telecom, food, vending, health & wellness programs, and operations. Ensures compliance to corporate and local policies/procedures.

Job Qualifications

Three years of services or progressive retail/food or contracting experience. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required.

Successful completion of the Services Business Management training program.

Bachelor's degree and one year of services or progressive retail/food or contracting experience. General administrative experience, with knowledge of common business concepts and practices is required.

Training Requirement: Successful completion of Services Business Manager (SBM) Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) training course is required within 7 days of placement into the position.

    Major Duties

    Under direction of SBM, assists with development of special events, including fairs and bazaars.
    Responds to inquiries from vendors and concessionaires. Ensures vendor compliance with organizational objectives, policies, and programs.
    Under direction of SBM, provides guidance and offers resolutions to maintain effective services operations that drive the customer experience and meet business objectives. Ensures compliance to corporate and local policies and procedures and that the highest standards of the customer experience are met.
    Assists with monthly financial reporting and analysis.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
