> Job Description ASU Office Coordinator (Full Time) (Full Time) ASU Office Coordinator (Full Time) Position Summary:
The Office Coordinator is a 40 hours/week, full-time position:
o Inventory management, supply purchasing, petty cash, and receiving order
o Coordinating with outside vendors (e.g. biowaste, shredder, food vendor etc.) o Managing paperwork, client records, and ensuring accuracy and completion in the electronic medical record o Data analysis and reporting (e.g. BHOLD, Narcan distribution) o Enter client satisfaction survey data and share with ASU leadership team on a routine basis. o Submit job postings, monitor open positions, and complete hiring and separation packets. o Assist with recruitment activities, including reference checks and candidate communication o Coordinating with other CCA departments in service of daily operations (facilities, IT, EHR, etc.) o Facilities management, maintenance requests, monthly safety inspections, and fire drills o Coordinate staff scheduling and assist with securing coverage for open shifts o Monitor timesheet submission deadlines, coordinate supervisor approvals, and submit timesheets to payroll. o Other administrative tasks as identified Qualifications:
