Product strategy & roadmapOwn the multi-year product roadmap, aligned to market trends, customer feedback, and competitivepositioning. Exercise full authority over prioritisation build, buy, or defer decisions and define theproduct's differentiation narrative. Lead cross-functional planning with Engineering, Sales, and CustomerSuccess.Customer implementation & delivery governanceOversee enterprise customer deployments globally governing timelines, quality, and acceptance. Act asthe executive escalation point, approve go-live readiness, and manage post-implementation successprogrammes across EMEA, US, and APAC.Team leadership & people managementLead a globally distributed product organisation of ~40 people spanning product engineering, QA, UX,implementation, and specialist functions. Manage direct reports, conduct performance reviews, drive hiring,and develop talent through structured mentoring and career planning.Commercial engagement, pre-sales & partnershipsRepresent the product in enterprise sales pursuits, executive briefings, and RFP responses. Manage strategicpartner and ecosystem relationships. Brief industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and incorporate analystinput into product strategy.Quality, release governance & operational excellenceOwn the release governance process approving releases based on quality gate reviews and customerimpact. Establish QA standards, govern incident management, and drive Agile practices including sprintplanning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.Key Qualifications Proven experience in product leadership for enterprise platforms (preferably SIAM, ITSM, oradjacent domains) Strong track record of owning product strategy, roadmap, and large-scale customer delivery Experience managing global, cross-functional teams Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and platform ecosy
