Automotive Internet Sales Assistant (BDC Sales Representative)

Location: Conicelli Autoplex located in Springfield, Delaware County, PA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 40-hour work week, 8-hour shifts

· Includes 2 evening shifts per week

· 2 Saturdays per month required

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

· $15 per hour guarantee

· Earning potential with hourly and bonus $25 an hour plus

About the Role:

As an Internet Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — engaging with them by phone, email, and text to help compare vehicles, answer questions, build value, and guide them toward visiting our showroom.

Primary Responsibilities

 

· Manage inbound sales calls

· Make outbound sales calls

· Respond to internet leads and online chats

· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs

· Follow up promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text

· Set accurate, well-qualified sales appointments for the showroom

· Coordinate with sales teams regarding customer needs and expectations
