Allstar Ford Stonewall is currently seeking a full-time Lot Attendant/Porter for our growing dealership! This is the perfect entry level position for individuals looking to get a foot in the door in the automotive industry and learn how the industry operates, day-to-day follow through, and what sets us a part from the competition!

Service Porter Responsibilities:

• Move vehicles to and from service shop and run the car through a car wash
• Install plastic lining on seats and steering wheel before service is performed
• Responsible for assisting with shuttle service or Pick Up & Delivery service
• Assist in the daily operation of the parking facility 
• Greet arriving and departing guests
• Ensure security of cars in showroom and lot management
• Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues
• Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines
• Reports all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediately
• Maintain integrity and appearance of lot
• Any and all other duties as assigned by service department.

Service Porter Qualifications:

• Prior porter, lot attendant, or valet experience a plus but not required
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Reliable and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have basic computer and phone skills
