We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cars, enjoy working with people, and are driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  • Explain product features, warranties, and financing options

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Follow up with prospective and previous customers

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

  • Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and market trends

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

 

 

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • A valid driver’s license

  • A customer-first mindset and desire to learn

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, bartending, or insurance is a big plus

  • Automotive sales experience is highly valued, but not required
