CAPITAL Subaru of Greensboro is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people and helping them make informed decisions. In this role, you'll help customers explore their options, answer questions, and find a vehicle that fits their needs and lifestyle. Subaru customers tend to do their homework, so they appreciate someone who can provide guidance, share product knowledge, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the process.

Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
- Other duties assigned
Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
