What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and schedule appointments.
- Create detailed work orders for technicians.
- Build accurate estimates and communicate clearly with customers.
- Order parts efficiently.
- Answer and manage phone calls professionally.
- Adjust workflow to maximize technician productivity and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & phone skills.
- Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus - but not required. We will train the right person!
