The Boucher Automotive Group is now ranked among the top 100 volume dealer groups in the nation we are looking for outgoing, experienced Sales Professionals who possess great interpersonal and written communications skills. Pay averages $59,000 to unlimited after one year. You'll work in one of our 17 relaxed, state-of the art dealerships with FULL access to sell from over 7500 vehicles in our Boucher Central Inventory. Choose a half day and full day off during the week! We never work Sundays! Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work some evenings and most Saturdays 8:45am to 5pm.  We pay on accessories and customer surveys too!

Requirements:

  • Greeting customers promptly
  • Obtaining customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Strong automotive background
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
