Joseph Cadillac is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning service team in Florence, KY.

 

You'lll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping ensure every guest receives an exceptional ownership and service experience. Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from vehicle write-up to delivery
  • Accurately document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician inspections and manufacturer recommendations
  • Explain repair options, pricing, and timelines in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates
  • Coordinate daily workflow between customers, technicians, and the parts department
  • Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery
  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain accurate customer records using dealership management software
  • Help achieve department goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

 

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Service Consultant preferred
  • Cadillac, GM, or dealership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to present technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
  • Computer proficiency and experience with dealership software is preferred
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
