- Schedule, confirm, and prepare customer appointments to ensure a seamless service visit
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify customer concerns and maintenance needs
- Review technician inspections and present service recommendations with transparency and confidence
- Prepare detailed repair orders, including accurate cost and completion time estimates
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts personnel, and customers to ensure timely repairs
- Provide proactive updates throughout the service process and follow up after service completion
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Stay current on Jaguar Land Rover products, maintenance schedules, warranties, and service offerings
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
