Our busy and growing Meineke location is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We take pride in being honest, professional, and building long-term relationships with our customers — and we’re looking for someone who shares our values.

Automotive experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right motivated person with the right attitude.


What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and document service needs
  • Prepare and clearly explain repair estimates
  • Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle status
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Process payments and close repair orders
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
  • Assist with Inventory Management
