Midas Dublin is a busy, established auto repair shop looking for a customer-focused Service
Advisor who closes. You’re the face of the shop: you greet customers, listen to their concerns,
present what our technicians find, and guide them to a confident “yes” on the work their vehicle
needs.
We believe the best closers are the most trusted ones. The right person here sells by building
genuine confidence — explaining the “why” behind every recommendation so clearly that
approving the work feels like an easy decision. Do that well, and you’ll close more, earn more,
and build a book of customers who come back and ask for you by name.
From brakes, exhaust, and suspension to alignments, diagnostics, and routine maintenance,
there’s a steady stream of service to present — and real income waiting for an advisor who
knows how to recommend and close.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer and manage the full-service experience with professionalism and
care
• Present technician inspection findings and recommend the right repairs and maintenance
• Turn inspections into approved work by clearly explaining value — and asking for the sale
• Build trusted relationships that grow repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals
• Provide accurate written estimates and follow up on every open quote to close the work
• Consistently grow average repair-order value while keeping customer satisfaction high
• Recover declined and deferred work through thoughtful, no-pressure follow-up
• Coordinate timelines between customers and the shop, setting clear expectations
throughout
• Represent Midas Dublin with honesty and integrity on every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong communicator — confident recommending services and comfortable asking for the sale
• Excellent and people skills, with a natural ability to earn trust quickly
• A track record of meeting sales goals or growing ticket value is a major plus
• Previous experience as a service advisor, in customer-facing sales, or in the auto industry
preferred
