WANTED: SERVICE ADVISOR!

Primary work location is our Weston, WV location; however, occasional work may also be performed at our Elkins, WV location as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their service needs
• Write and manage repair orders from drop-off through delivery
• Communicate with technicians to gather repair recommendations
• Explain repairs, costs, and warranty details clearly and professionally
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
• Review completed repairs, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Help achieve department sales goals and high customer service scores
• Other duties as assigned by management
