What We're Looking For

  • Current or previous Automotive Service Manager experience is REQUIRED
  • Proven track record of increasing profitability, CSI, and team performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience coaching and developing service advisors and technicians
  • Ability to drive process improvement while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Professional references are required
