What You'll Do
As an Automotive Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services while ensuring every guest receives a premium dealership experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
- Conducting multi-point inspections (MPI) and creating video inspections for guests
- Preparing repair estimates and documenting repair recommendations
- Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
- Supporting team goals and assisting with additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of main shop technician experience required
- Highline dealership experience preferred
- Strong automotive mechanical and diagnostic background
- Understanding of manufacturer repair processes and procedures
- Proven record of efficiency, proficiency, FRFT, and flagged hours
- VW/Audi and ASE Certifications required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screening
