BOH Job Summary: Tacos 4 Life Heart of House team members will prep and provide every meal with excellence every time. Protecting the quality of our food is very important.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00

Requirements

BOH Job Duties:

• Follow Tacos 4 Life standard operating procedures in the kitchen
• Efficiently follow a daily prep cook list provided by management
• Preparing and cooking ingredients for the line (including hot prep, cold prep, grill prep, and grill fry)
• Efficiently prepare all menu items in a timely manner
• Expediting food from the kitchen to FOH staff
• Maintain cleanliness by following the station checklist
• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
• Assisting with stocking food truck orders
• Must be a team player and assist when and where needed

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and working at kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
