What You�ll Do

• Guide banquet teams through weddings, conferences, retreats, and special events at one of Georgia�s most beloved state parks
• Serve as the on-site event leader, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and Unicoi�s hospitality standards
• Coordinate event setup, service flow, and breakdown with precision and positivity
• Communicate clearly with clients, culinary teams, and lodge leadership to keep events running smoothly
• Train, motivate, and support banquet staff to deliver warm, attentive service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment in accordance with park and lodge guidelines

What You Bring

• Experience in banquet operations, event leadership, or hospitality management
• A calm, confident presence and the ability to lead by example
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service
