We are looking for AM & PM Banquet Cooks with at least 2 year of experience in fine dining cooking and comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistency to maintain food presentation, food quality, food production, portion
Control and food cost ?waste?. And food sanitation audit controls and practices
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all time. To be proactive and take full responsibility for maintaining the temperature log chart monitor all food temps and calibrate thermometers for the shift and to place the records in the sanitation logbook and attend pre shift meetings
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef/and Food & Beverage Managers. While maintaining open lines of communication and support for the kitchen Management

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong preparation knowledge and al cart fine dining skills
- Previously worked in a similar kitchen environment and maintain a clean and tidy work
Area
- Good knowledge of sanitation and local health authority requirements
- Food managers? certification if possible or food handlers? card or equivalent
- 3 or more years culinary experience in same or similar position
- Follow instruction and any lists that are given asking any questions if clarification is needed
