Job Functions

 

Position:  Bar Back             

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering
responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

·         Set bars for lounges and receptions according to
SOP

·         Replenish and order beverages and supplies
according to par levels 

·         Stock supplies

·         Clean and organize bar areas in both front and
back of house

·         Execute job in accordance to Standard Operating
Procedures while incorporating 5 Star, 5 Diamond guidelines

·         Ability to convey intelligent, friendly,
informative conversation with guest

·         Knowledgeable of Greenbrier amenities and social
areas

Secondary Responsibilities:

·         Knowledgeable of professional bar service

·         Knowledgeable of Mixology

·         Taking and filling beverage orders

·         Taking and filling food orders

·         Knowledge of wine and wine presentation

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)

·         Eight hours shifts, five days a week

·         Weekends and holidays

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required,
