The Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will understand state and local serving guidelines.

Knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends
Experience using bar equipment and tools
Strong understanding of sanitation and cleanliness standards
Familiarity with state and local alcohol service regulations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
Genuine desire to meet and exceed guest needs
Strong, polished verbal communication skills
Physical stamina with the ability to lift and carry moderate weight as required by the role
