Bartender/Server

Welcome to Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen in Norfolk, Virginia! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bartenders & Servers. Pay Range: $20 - $30/hour, including tips

Full-time Benefits Available

Hours of Operation: Mon-Thurs 11am - 9pm; Friday 11am - 10pm: Sat 9am - 10pm; Sun 9am - 8pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly, and clearing of any service items
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and making recommendations
  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
  • Knowledge of all food and beverage menus
  • Collaborating with and assisting with team members and management to provide a seamless dining experience
  • Check, maintain, set-up and clean all service areas (including side-work)

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one (1) year of full-service restaurant experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Customer-focus and a strong attention to detail
