About the Role


La Tourelle Inn & Spa is seeking an experienced and dynamic Server with a strong background in bar service to elevate the guest experience in La Tourelle Lounge. You will be instrumental in upholding our high standards for food and beverage quality, service delivery, and overall guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness & Compliance: Champion our cleanliness standards by strictly executing all daily opening, closing, and deep-cleaning checklists.
  • Guest Service: Deliver exceptional hospitality through attentive table service, utilizing your bartending knowledge to make expert beverage recommendations and support bar operations during high-volume hours.


Compensation Structure


This is an hourly plus tipped position. You will earn a steady base hourly wage in addition to tips received during active service.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a server, paired with prior bartending experience and extensive beverage, wine, and spirits knowledge.
  • Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, clean, and professional working environment.
  • Ability to lift and organize heavy beverage boxes and stock supplies as required for service.
