In this role, the Bartender will prepare and serve beverages while delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Demonstrate knowledge of liquors, mixers, wines, and beer
- Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to guests
- Accurately take orders and process payments for beverages and lounge food service
- Set up bar area at the beginning of each shift and ensure readiness for service
- Restock and rotate inventory to maintain proper supply levels
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and workspaces
- Prepare garnishes and ensure quality presentation of beverages
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain full knowledge and proficiency in Agilysys POS systems and end-of-shift reporting
- Perform cashier functions, including ringing up purchased items accurately
- Process credit card, voucher, and room charge transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of all transactions at the end of each shift
- Balance and report all credit cards, vouchers, and room charges in accordance with established departmental procedures
- Carry out special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must meet all local and state requirements for serving alcohol
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Experience with Agilysys POS system strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
