This position will focus on the management of installations within the production team.
We are seeking someone that preferably has familiarity with home services production management, ideally in the renovation industry, and is a self-starter with a great work ethic, but we are equally happy to train the right candidate with a background outside of project management. Earnings – this is an exempt position.
$54,000 – $56,000 / year

Job Summary
Production managers are the driving force behind the success of New Bath Today’s day-to-day operation. Working with their production coordinator, production managers ensure everything that is needed is on hand to successfully complete each project on time utilizing the resources and information available.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for keeping projects moving from sale to completion. Reviews contracts to confirm material requirements and work with Sales and Management to resolve missing or inaccurate details. Allocates materials based on schedule and availability to ensure every installation is ready to go. Coordinates closely with Project Coordinators to keep the schedule filled and supports installers with any material or amendment needs.
Monitors jobs in progress and partners with the Area Install Manager to resolve issues and customer concerns. On completion, verify materials installed and confirms project terms before submitting them to administration for billing. Maintains up-to-date job statuses, notes, and database entries throughout the project lifecycle. Handles homeowner questions and ensures smooth communication between all departments to deliver a complete, accurate, and professional installation experience.

Requirements
· Experience with Inventory or job tracking software, Service Titan a plus

· Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
