New Opportunity – Full-Time In-Community (IIC) Therapist Roles:

We are expanding and hiring full-time IIC Therapist positions. These roles offer a pathway into private practice for clinicians seeking long-term growth and flexibility.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with children, adolescents, families, and trauma-affected clients
• ASD certification preferred (CAS, AC, ABA, BACB, BCBA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions (individual, family, group) in-office, in-home, or remotely
• Conduct client assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a mental health clinician
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and crisis intervention
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
