Job Summary:
Little Acorn ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, personalized services to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual strengths, needs, and goals
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on client needs and preferences
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of BIPs
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with clients, families, and professionals regarding changes and updates
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes

Requirements:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals
Proficiency in behavioral analysis techniques and intervention methods
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
