As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments
• Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous customer service / BDC experience is required
• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Excellent follow up skills
