Job Description

BDC/Internet Sales Representative

Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy connecting with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a motivated BDC/Internet Sales Representative to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, assisting with phone and internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping create a positive buying experience from start to finish. If you're organized, a strong communicator, and enjoy building relationships, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, internet leads, and customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through their preferred method—phone, email, or in person.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives, vehicle deliveries, and sales consultations.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to answer questions and help them throughout their buying journey.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Keep customer information organized and up to date in our CRM system.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate vehicle information and availability on our website.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and marketing sources.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is eager to learn. Whether you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, a call center, or sales—or you're a recent college graduate looking to start a rewarding career—we encourage you to apply!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous call center or internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Sales experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, the internet, and learning new software.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
