Clayton Center proudly provides outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. At the outpatient centers, we promote overall health and quality of life for individuals, youth and families through evidenced-based therapies and medication management to reduce the impact of mental illness, behavior challenges, and substance use.
Under supervision, learns to perform psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to clients requiring complex intervention. Performs commitment determinations and/or executes orders of involuntary commitments.

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in social work and counseling from an accredited college or university and eligibility to be licensed and two (2) years of supervised experience in the area of assignment or two (2) years of experience at the lower level social worker 1 (HCP050) or position equivalent.
Note: Position requires licensure in the state of Georgia as an LMSW, LAPC, LCSW, or LPC
