Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in clinic services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Virginia and are seeking passionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our BTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect, record, and report data on client progress

  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week

  • Services provided in person throughout Virginia

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
