Skills: Behavioral Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Behavioral Technician to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders and will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and providing feedback to the supervising behavior analyst. Experience is preferred but not required paid training is provided. Part time position with the opportunity to go full time.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans as directed by the supervising behavior analyst
• Collect data on client behavior and progress
• Provide feedback to the supervising behavior analyst on client progress and behavior
• Assist with training and supervision of other staff members
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
