Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary: $40,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance
- Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance
- Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs
- Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers
- Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance
- Participate as a member of the safety committee
- Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma plus 1 year Human Resources experience required;
- Experience and/or knowledge of UKG, Benefits, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Leave a plus;
- Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files;
- ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
