Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Salary: $40,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance
  • Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance
  • Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs
  • Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers
  • Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance
  • Participate as a member of the safety committee
  • Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma plus 1 year Human Resources experience required;
  • Experience and/or knowledge of UKG, Benefits, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Leave a plus;
  • Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files;
  • ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
