Position Summary

The Billing & Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing billing operations, payroll support functions, accounts receivable performance, and departmental staff within the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely billing and payroll processes while maintaining compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and other payer requirements.

This position is responsible for driving accountability, improving operational efficiency, supervising billing and payroll staff, and supporting the financial health of the organization through proactive revenue cycle management.
