PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION

Perform duties to maintain grounds and assist with building and construction projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Model the right behavior in terms of initiative, compliance, moral character (honor, integrity and courage) and work ethic to create teamwork and mutual respect amongst employees.

2. Build team spirit, pride and camaraderie within team.

3. Promote safety, environmental responsibility and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies.

4. Complies with all the policies and procedures set forth in the Company Handbook.

5. Remove snow from walks, drives, parking lots and salt as needed.

6. Paint walls and building exteriors as assigned.

7. Assist with repair and construction projects as directed.

8. Perform routine non-mechanical repair duties in plant as assigned.

9. Collect spray cans from containers and deliver to collection site.

10. Operate Paint Burn Off Oven and rinse station for paint line conveyor hooks and racks.

11. Maintain required processing activity records.

12. Empty sludge from chemical clarifier holding tanks into drums, record and move to holding area.

13. Cut 4 x 4’s for stacking and shipping.

14. Fix minor plumbing problems throughout the plant.

15. Order bottled water for plant water coolers.

16. Run floor sweeper/scrubber in plant.

17. Drains totes from production and make sure labels are on.

18. Empties barrels under dust collectors.

19. Keep water softeners supplied with salt.

20. Repair production flooring when necessary.

21. Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and/or assigned.
