Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour depending on experience

  • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability. Some evenings may be required

  • Location: Remote

Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans remotely.

  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • NC License required.

  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs remotely.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
