Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.

  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.

  • Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.

  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.

  • Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.

    Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.

  • Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.

  • Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.

  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.

  • Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.

  • Hourly rate $85-$100 (based on experience)

  • After full time employment of 25 hours a week for 4 months, may consider salary
